The staff at Furrows of Telford were good because: Due to work commitments the only time we could get to Furrows was around 5pm. James went above and beyond, firstly sending a video of the car, then staying well after closing time to allow us the time to test drive, complete the paperwork and understand everything he had to explain and offer to us. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt like valued customers. Even after our purchase James has been in touch to check we are happy with the car and to point out where to find aftercare information.
